Our Promise

We promise to help you!

How do we do that? For starters, we find more defects than our competition. The end result is you save more money. Most contracts obligate the seller to make repairs or give you credit at closing. The more defects your inspector finds, the more money you save.

We don’t rush. We don’t do more than 2 inspections per day. This allows us the time to do a thorough inspection of your new home. This also means we charge more than most of our competitors. You don’t want a cheap inspection. A cheap inspection may be the most expensive thing you’ll ever buy. Cheap inspectors often know less and do less, which is one reason they’re cheap. A cheap inspection often costs you thousands of dollars down the road because of missed or overlooked defects.

The more thorough we are, the more defects we find – the more money you save.

We’re independent. We don’t have any “Preferred Vendor” or monetary affiliations with any real estate agent or realty company. We work with all types of real estate professionals, but we don’t depend upon real estate companies for referrals. We don’t “soft sell” the problems with a house to avoid “killing a deal” and to keep a real estate agent happy. We give you the facts – straight forward and unbiased!

We take digital photos for your records. This can help eliminate a lot of arguments over needed repairs, which means you save money.

Buying a new home is probably the biggest investment you’ll ever make. And it’s a decision that will affect you for years to come. The process can be extremely stressful and confusing. And of course, there is always considerable risk involved when making such a large purchase decision. A professional inspection will significantly reduce your risk and help make the entire home buying process easier and less stressful. We really enjoy helping our clients in this process – customer service is our highest priority.

We strongly encourage our clients to attend the inspection. You should feel free to ask the inspector any questions you have at that time. The inspector can not only discuss the problem areas of the home but point out the good points as well. We can also explain the  routine maintenance that is needed to keep the house in top condition. This helps you get the most benefit from the home inspection, and you gain a better understanding of how the systems and components that makes up your home, function with each other.

You’ll get a comprehensive report that is easy to read and understand. Material defects and conditions identified during the inspection will be included in the report. Armed with the information our report provides, you can make your decision to buy, not buy, or renegotiate the sale with confidence.
