William Henning

Our Lead Inspector, William Henning, CRI,ACI,CRI, has been inspecting homes for over 11 years. In addition to inspecting homes William has purchase remodeled and sold many homes in the Glynn and Camden county area and was a General Contractor from 1994 – 2008. William has a special ability to understand how homes are constructed and able to tell when there is a potential problem and give potential resolutions to the problem and ascertain the potential severity. William takes pride in his work and enjoys being able to help others to find areas of maintenance and/or areas that need to be repaired. He finds problems other inspectors don’t even know are defects. Imagine the peace of mind you’ll have knowing your home was inspected by one of the country’s best home inspectors.

Work History
Graduate of Bishop Waterson High School in 1985 after graduation Came down to Camden county and worked as a plumbers assistant installing drain lines, plumbing homes and also dug footings for the foundations. Went to University of Cincinnati in 1987 to attend the College of Applied Science majoring in Construction Management. Upon graduating in 1993 he received a BS in Construction Management an Associates in Architectural Technology  and worked in the co-op program for two years. Upon Graduation William moved to Camden County, Georgia where his two brothers lived and mother grew up and lived. William worked for Builders Truss designing wood trusses for homes then started working for Centex Corporation building several facilities in Jacksonville and Camden County including The Jacksonville Times Union Center. William was offered a position at Allen & Graham in Glynn county where he worked as a Project manager for over 3 years before going to work for Turner Construction Company as a project Manager/Superintendent working on SEA ISLAND Projects including The lodge, Communications building, Laundry Facility, and Golf Learning Center. William in 2000 opened his own Company became a real estate professional; purchasing, renovating and selling his own properties plus for other clients. William has been the Construction Industry for over 25 years and has gained the wisdom necessary to advise others on their investments.

William is very service oriented and enjoys providing his client’s with the best service possible. Even if that mean addressing situations and resolving them on the spot. William says, “The customer is the most important person you have to make you the most successful in business, putting the customer first and assuring you have done everything possible to accommodate there wishes.”
